I got the error "can't run bcoz vcomp90.dll not found" (first half of the frase was in Russian so I don't know exactly - nevermind...)
I tried to reinstall - the same.
Previous build works fine (exclude one bug but I think it's in the trunk).

Updated the installer so the vcomp90.dll error shouldn't happen anymore.

this installer is only option i can use because for some reason even if i replace the files in the install directory it doesn't update??? also this says r30403 not 4

Windows 7 Pro 32 bit

Not sure why but all 2.53 window installer blender builds crash after I select "User Preferences" from menu bar. The screen hangs, then goes white. Then I get would you like to debug and close program message. It only takes moments.

I tried starting blender as Admin user still no luck. I had installed both documents folder in AppData and in programs folder.

The import/export for obj and 3ds are missing. Is this normal for the build?
