Cuda 1.1 doesn't work again on 44340. Says it requires at least 1.3.

Thanks, Demohero! It works! (I don't know why that was before)

Hi Moolah

I added all cuda kernels avaliable. Don't know why your build doesn't work.

Hello, Demohero and Happy New Year! :)
Please, include those CUDA kernels as you did it before. GPU rendering doesn't work for my card again (writes about 1.1 version). I know I need the new PC but doesn't have money for it now. So your build is really helpful!

Brilliant! Works like a charm. Thank you very much. I really need to take the time to read the docs and learn how to compile the builds. I had no idea there had to be separate kernels compiled for CUDA support, I just thought there was something wrong with my setup as I have tried a few builds with the same result. Thanks again!

I added CUDA binary kernel 1.2. Download and try again. I hope it works now :)

When trying to use GPU/CUDA, I get the error message "Failed loading render kernel, see console for errors." In the console, the message is "CUDA binary kernel for this graphics card not found."

I'm using a GeForce 220 GT (Compute capability 1.2) on Windows 7 32 Bit with driver version 285.62.

As numanair said, you should select the CUDA option from GPU Type. I have a CUDA 1.1 supported graphic card too, but I have no problem at all.

Shouldn't you select the CUDA option, not OpenCL?

The Thing Is, is that it says that the included CUDA Kernels say that my Graphics Card Is capable, a 1.0 CUDA compatibility, but whenever I select "OpenCL GPU" It says "failed loading render kernel, see console for errors, I checked the console it said i needed a 1.1 CUDA compatibility, and the description above says thatit's fine with 1.0, to render cool scenes in Cycles, I NEED GPU, If you can offer any help, please do so!

This build also crashes for me when I try to use CUDA. I have a GeForce 8500 GT (the 512 MB version), which should support CUDA 1.1. Sometimes very small renders will work, and the live preview almost always works. This seems to be the support page for the error: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3007

Any reason why you call it "2.59.3"?

When will the "Subdivide UV" option for the Multires modifier be available for the onion branch?
Or when will you be compiling a new build with it in it? thanks

Wow, a Windows build of Blender where Quicktime actually works. Now that it has been decided to be dropped... ;

I didn't modify or tweak this build. I only build it from the trunk.
12:49 May 10th, 2011
only branches and patched builds are experimental. unmodified blender trunk builds are..mhm.."trunk" :)
11:36 May 10th, 2011
Ok, i will try.

Thanks!!!!

Compiled with MSVC++ Express 2008. I tried the mingw but got similar errors. Don't know how to solve yet.
11:02 May 10th, 2011
Hi, are you compiling with mingw?
Since yesterday i`m having a compilation error, in several machines.

scons: *** [C:\BlenderSVN\build\win32-mingw\intern\ghost\intern\GHOST_WindowWin32.o] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

Do you know anything about this?

Thanks.

Hi Nico. I'm new to graphicall. I read the graphicall.org/about section but didn't fully understand the difference between trunk and experimental. What is the default setting of the trunk builds?
09:12 May 10th, 2011
sure it's experimental?
