Please note that this build uses the python installation on your system, so you will need python 3 installed for this to work. I think ;D
Update: Mike Farnswoth has added a patch for cycles to store HDRI maps in high dynamic range! More info here: http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?243645-Cycles-HDR-texture-support
