    hi,
    i tested this build on snow leopard (was just being curios) but found some strange things like material buttons not showing after all, is this expected behavior? I mean - I am testing on snow leopard and I know there are cocoa builds wo what am I expecting. And i can type numbers into sliders, but they will not update.
    thanks for your 249b build (which is awesome)...no flickering, yay.

    Sorry to ask this dummy question, but : Is this normal that (for examples) the 'G' or 'S' or 'R' key shortcuts are not working ??

    I'm with X.6.2 on Macbook late 2006.
    the shortcuts worke well on the 2.5_Alpha_0 release (and with others buils from other than Tkroo)...

    TiPi, I also have a late 2006 model macbook and am running 10.6.2. I haven't had problems with those keys. It's possible that one particular revision had a problem, i'm not sure.
    Try out this new build (revision 26758) and see if the problem persists. You might also want to remove the .B25.blend file from your user directory (it is invisible in the Finder so you will have to use the terminal to remove it), I have heard it may have caused problems at one point. Blender will recreate this file when you save your user settings with (ctrl u)

    Has anybody noticed any issues with Spaces and keyboard input? For example, changing spaces, and then your mouse acts as if a modifier key is being pressed?

    I'm loving the new interface but I use blender with Unity3D. The blend files were directly compatible with 2.49. Is that going to be the case eventually with 2.5?

    I try to test blender 2.5 27106 but it crash on start. My last blender 2.5 works fine, this last build crash on the start. I'm using MacOS 10.6.2, Intel Core 2 Duo.

    Some builds have Damien's very usefull progression barr when the app is Baking. Would it be possible (and would you accept) to add this to your builds?
    If you don't like the idea, never mind... Your builds are quite good in se! ;)

    I'm curious about the version numbering -- there are Windows builds out there versioned 2.52 (I assume this is "2.5a2") with build numbers pretty close to this one's (27312 v. 23702). I assume this is actually a post-2.5a2 build, or at minimum a post 2.5a1 build).

    I appreciate the builds, but am a bit confused on this point.

    podperson, i guess you could call this "bleeding edge" Blender25. It is Blender 25 Alpha2 (2.52.0) compiled from the most recent code available. As far as figuring out which builds are newest, go by the revision numbers.

    Almux, if you could help me find Damien's progress bar patch i will make a build with it.

    Almux, unless damien78 feels like updating the patch, or helping me find the error in my method of patching, i'm not going to pursue this further. but if this patch is really,really,really important to you, please let me know and i will try again. (actually, i'd prefer if you would find me on freenode irc in #blenderchat or #blender or #blendercompilers, and i will walk you through how to compile blender and apply patches for yourself)

    There's still a way along to reach next Beta phase... so no much hurry.
    Just hope it'll be somehow implemented in near final releases.

    Hey, I spotted a little visual problem, when going into Game Logic tab, the sensor is not aligned to the controller nor the actuator ! Tha's all :) keep up the good work!

    I have never been able to successfully download from this site without having to pause the download and resume multiple times. Otherwise, the download just kills. Anyone else having this problem?

    Is the collada export not enabled in this build? I am trying to find a build with it but have not found any, other than the one in the Blender's main page but that one seems not to work correctly either.

    Many thanks for the build man. Will be testing it. Been a bit too busy again with work. Now having a bit of downtime and will continue tinkering with it. Good news is that I have learnt how to build Blender and enable the collada now. So, won't be pestering you to do that for me anymore. :D

    thanks for builds. Hard to say if its problem of build or where does it come from. Where to post things like this - In VoxelData panel (Texture) - when i want to choose Domain Object from a list I can see object but nothing is selected on mouse click. Shall I post it as a bug on BugTracker? hanks for info.

    I got a problem that the draw function of bpy.types.panel clears all the global variables, so I can't get the information that I want to draw it. Anyone got a similar problem or can direct me to a help forum?
