Texture tool improvements.
Done so far:
* uv preserve tool: Works with proportional editing, now with preliminary seam support
* Rake brushes on texture paint and uv editor (select rake from angle menu and deselect projective texturing). Random, and user angle working (change with Ctrl-F)
* Random size brushes
* Unified Cursor display, allows for overlay display (In progress)
* Separate mask textures for texture painting. Allows to mask current brush with an extra brush, allowing even more control on bruush strength.
* Adjust brush size with zoom
